Players need to attend the morning weights sessions if they are serious players, and are wanting to compete for a varsity spot.
These sessions are more than just lifting weights; conditioning, agility, and etc., exercises will be utilized - @JHS
6:30 am and 8:30 am - Upperclassmen
10:00 am - Freshmen

Also, make sure that your physical and insurance is up-to-date and turned into either the office or Coach Coltharp so you’re able to practice on August 8.
