The Joplin Interstate Championships

Details:

• Aug 25th & Aug 26th

• Aug 25 - Pool Play (8 pools with 3 teams each - check out the pools and schedule here):

  • Round 1 starts at 9:00am

  • 2 Pools @JHS

  • 2 Pools @Millennium

  • 4 Pools @Joplin Athletic Complex

• Aug 26 - Bracket play:

  • Winner of each pool advance to Champions Bracket

  • Runner-up of each pool advance to Challengers Bracket

  • 3rd place of each pool advance to Futures Bracket

  • Round 1 of each bracket will start as close to 9:00am as possible

• Entry fee is $300

  • Please make checks out to: Joplin High School, attn: Athletic Office (2104 S Indiana Ave, Joplin, MO 64801)

• Dual team format

  • 6 singles, 3 doubles

  • First team to 5 wins

• Each Team will receive a free tournament shirt (Please fill out a size form for your team here)

• Tennis balls will be provided

• Lunch:

  • Food trucks will be stationed at all locations Friday and Saturday (players and coaches will need to bring money for this). These food trucks are optional but is preferable so they can have a profitable time. 

• Lodging will be available for out-of-town teams at discounted rate
