Summer Weights:
Players need to attend the morning weights sessions to participate in the Monday/Wednesday off-season practices
Weights times:
Boys 6:30am
Girls 8:30am
Weights are part of your evaluation for making the team. The more you attend summer weights, the more this factors into your ranking on the team.
